For 60 years the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation has helped low income and uninsuredGeorgians see and hear.

Thousands of people across Georgia can now read, drive, work and communicate with their families and friends because of vision and hearing services provided by the Lighthouse Foundation.

 · The Lighthouse serves all 159 counties in the state.

· Last year the Lighthouse served over 8,000 Georgia Residents.

· We are supported by over 250 medical partners across the state.

· We estimate 2009 in kind services to be $4 million.

· In addition to treatment we also provide education through community vision and hearing screenings.
