We need your tax deductible* donations to help make the silent auction a success! Donating to the Silent Auction is a great way to support uninsured Georgians in need of eye surgeries, eye exams and eye glasses. 

Recognition
            Your business will be promoted to Night of Spectacles attendees through:

• Acknowledgment on the auction bid sheets
• Listing of your donation and name on Night of Spectacles promotions
• Listing in the Silent Auction Brochure, distributed to attendees
• A colorful table display with your promotional material in the auction area.

To Make a Donation
            Please complete this Silent Auction Donation form by April 1st, 2008 and return it to a member of the planning committee. Forms can also be mailed or faxed to Sarah Epting at:

            In addition to silent auction donations, you can also donate small promotional items to serve as party favors/giveaways. To donate, please indicate item and quantity.
